Our Shipping&Return Plans
Shipping methods vary depending on the product(s) purchased, we aim to get most products to mainland Great Britain addresses within 3 working days. We use DPD, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, Tuffnells and Pallet Track third party carriers which does mean that you will be required to give a suitable address for delivery. You are responsible for the delivery address you provide, we can not foresee problems that we are not warned of prior to dispatch.

For the 6mm, 8mm and 10mm kits we are able to offer a 1hr delivery timeslot so you know when to expect delivery. For this service we require both your email address and a UK mobile phone number. Delivery information will be sent to both allowing you to read the information even if you are out.
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us within 7 days of receipt, in its original packaging and condition we will happily offer a full refund on the items returned.

Delivery charges will not be refunded if the goods have been delivered.
Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of items which have been opened and used.
Goods subject of a special order, customised or sold as a trade bulk price cannot be credited or refunded.
