The spring clamps onto the cable at whatever position you require.
The spring compresses, slowing down the trolley until the trolley stops or the spring compresses to it’s maximum.
Suitable for 10mm cable only, will not fit thinner, or thicker cables.
This is a 0.5m ( 18 in ) long brake which gives very little compression compared to the longer 3.0m, it is only suitable for either the starting “launch end” or on very short lines where no speeds are achieved
This item meets an EN1176-4:2017 compliant installation when installed following the safety guidelines.
